Humanitarian Aid has always been at the forefront of the Charities wish list.
Destitute twins were noticed by our staff travelling on the Barra Ferry, they were very badly malnourished. After consultation with the father, our staff contacted us for help.
We received photographs and a general explanation of how the children became in this condition. We immediately sent sufficient funds over to ensure that they were fed the correct food in order to progress. This situation continued until a sponsor decided to take over and fund the children himself.

More recently we heard of a man who had fallen from a bicycle and damaged his hip. His injury was so bad he needed a hip replacement operation requiring a visit to Dakar in Senegal.
Along with another benefactor FoTGA was able to pay for his operation and he is now recovering well.
