Health Centre –
The centre is now operating.
The security wall has been completed and the maternity ward furnished with two beds and baby cots.
Babies are now being routinely delivered in the ward.
The unit is open daily for minor treatments and the dispensing of basic medicines.
The committee has approved the funding for the supply of water and electricity to the centre as they are presently using rechargeable torches and having to carry water some distance to the unit.
